I always knew working out was good for your health so I did it but sometimes it was overwhelming or boring, but as I got more into it and tried different things I started noticing changes in my body  WHILE also really enjoying it and looking forward for my next workout.

Seeing this progress, family and friends started asking for tips, that's when I realize how passionate I was about it and decided to become a personal trainer, cause I want to help people feel all the amazing benefits of working out, physically and mentally.
